Grays of Kilsyth offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all products, subject to a minimum order value of £60.
Postage on orders with a value of less than £60 will be charged at the following rate:
UK postage on orders under £60 value – £2.50
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48
International Orders
Tracked postage on orders sent to Europe – £9
Tracked postage on orders sent to Rest of the World – £11.50
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked
Books
Owing to the high cost of airmail shipping, there is a further variable surcharge on the international shipping of books.
Shipping charges are applied at Checkout on entering your address.
All products are normally held in stock and dispatched within twenty four hours of receipt of order. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post. International orders are normally sent by standard Royal Mail airmail. Orders of a high value may be sent by Royal Mail Track and Sign.
More often than not orders will be posted on the day of order and often delivered to UK customers the next morning. Shipping times for international destinations will vary according to destination but will normally be between one and two weeks. Grays of Kilsyth have used Royal Mail postal services exclusively for twenty years and found them extremely reliable.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it unused in its original packaging for a full refund. It is worth noting that, in twenty years of online trading, we have never had a purchase returned by a customer. You may wish to have a look at our testimonials page.
